As the date for extending the submissions deadline approaches, I
wanted to remind you of our discussion during the previous meeting. IF
EVERYONE IS IN AGREEMENT, WE DO NOT NEED TO HOLD A DEDICATED MEETING
TO FINALIZE THE EXTENSION. Thus, I would like to invite you to share
your thoughts on what date we should settle on for the extended
deadlines.
If no consensus is reached before then, we can still address this
topic during the meeting scheduled for DECEMBER 10TH, 2024.
